Dispatch Times
- Orders are dispatched the same or next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- During busy periods, dispatch may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated about any delays.
- Next working day deliveries are prioritised.
Delivery Options
- UK Standard Delivery (£3.95): Royal Mail, 2–3 working days from dispatch. Free Shipping on orders over £20.
- UK Next Working Day Delivery (£6.95): Royal Mail. Orders must be placed before 12 noon (working day). Next working day delivery not available to the Channel Islands.
- EU Standard Delivery: £14.99
- For customers outside mainland UK: any import duties, taxes or handling fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
